There are just 2 changes that cause different generated tzdata files from zic, to Asia/Hebron and Pacific/Fiji - the possible change for Bahia, Brazil is included, but commented out.
I also see a change for America/Sitka in the "northamerica" source file: -Zone America/Sitka -14:58:47 - LMT 1867 Oct 18 +Zone America/Sitka 14:58:47 - LMT 1867 Oct 18
