Just FYI: I have now also created a PGP/GPG signature file for the copy of the IERS leap second file available via the Meinberg web site: https://kb.meinbergglobal.com/kb/time_sync/ntp/configuration/ntp_leap_second... The main reason Meinberg provides a copy of this file is that many time server devices manufactured by Meinberg periodically check for an update to the leap second file.
