FYI, I just typed "Time in Tomsk" into Google, and now get UTC+7, as expected. -- Tim Parenti On 18 August 2016 at 01:31, Pavel V. Rochnyack <rpv@nikolas.ru> wrote:

I'm afraid I really shouldn't pass information back to a public list from internal bug reports. Please be assured that the relevant team is aware of it though.
That is sad what it takes so much time for you. It looks like Google is the last service who display wrong time for Asia/Tomsk and Asia/Novosibirsk locations.
Thanks for your answer, Jon!

Still see no changes on google.com about Asia/Tomsk time.
Have you any news?

Hi all,
Can you please do the same about Asia/Tomsk ?
Thanks!

If you search for "current time in Egypt" (at least for me in NYC), it will display a UTC+3 time as if DST was applied (tzdata2016f not being used).
In case there are any Googlers on the list want to raise awareness internally...
