The final piece of the legislative jigsaw for summer time in the UK for 1995--97 is now in place. The Summer Time Order 1994 (SI 1994/2798) came into force on 16 November. It restates the dates from the EC seventh Summer Time Directive which are already reflected in the tzdata files. Peter Ilieve peter@memex.co.uk
