Please look at the elsie data I have attached below. You seem to claim that there were no differences. Who is right? I tend to believe that information which has finer nuances, not that which says 'everywhere the same'. Why should anyone ever have invented a claim that some province had a different rule? It is more likely that some badly informed or careless person claims 'everything the same' because they make no effort to find the truth. Do you understand this point?
