The differences are against 2012b. --ado diff -r -c old/africa new/africa .............. etc. Reply: In Morocco DST will not be observed during the month of Ramadan. This will happen approximately from 2012-7-20 to 2012-8-18. See my posting from a couple of days ago (Mar 16). Your TZ update does not reflect this situation. Any reason why? Oscar van Vlijmen
