UTC+back to UTC+3 Is this change part of 2014i that was announced yesterday?
That changewas part of 2014f (released August 5), and is also in 2014i. The only Moscow-related change in 2014i is the change of time zone abbreviations in Belarus this weekend, from FET to MSK. Belarus's UTC offset is not affected.
