Start of Winter Time 2012: In accordance with Supreme Decree 225, 27 Feb 2012, from the Interior Ministry: a.- On the continent and in the Chilean Antarctic: At 24:00 on Saturday 28 April 2012, the hour will go back to 23:00 of the same day, moving to UTC-04.
b.- On Easter Island and Isla Salas y Gómez: At 22:00 on Saturday 28 April 2012, the hour will go back to 21:00 of the same day, moving to UTC-06. Winter Time will remain until the first Saturday of September.
