The files ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzcode1999f.tar.gz and ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzdata1999f.tar.gz are now available. The "data" file includes the changes circulated by Paul Eggert on the time zone mailing list (most importantly, the change for Lebanon that buys correctness for this coming Sunday). The "code" file contains changes to "Makefile" and "checktab.awk" to allow better checking of time zone files before they are published. --ado
