(Cyprus), Nicosia is in Europe not Asia.

      Hello all,

For some reason Nicosia has been listed as being in Asia and not in
Europe. Can this please be changed?

The tz database is obviously being used by sourceforge.net where I noticed
this error -- They redirected me to this list after reporting the bug.
