Hi Alain, the rule Rule Brazil 2008 max - Oct Sun>=15 0:00 1:00 S gives a rule for October, i.e. the change from standard time to daylight saving time (as Brazil is on the Southern hemisphere). All other rules give dates in February, i.e. the changes from daylight saving time to standard time. These rules are affected by the carnival dates. So the rule mentioned above is not conflicting with the other rules. I hope, I hould help you.
