In the above timezones it seems that the 1992-lines are superfluous and are handled nicely by the 1993-lines. Is there something I'm missing here?
No, I don't think so. Actually, looking at Shanks & Pottenger, they say that Uzbekistan last observed DST in 1991, so it is the lines ending "1993" should go. I'll put that in my next proposed patch. Thanks for catching the error.
