Hi, Just wondering how to interpret the following: Rule Turkey 1977 1978 - Apr Sun>=1 2:00 1:00 S Rule Turkey 1977 1978 - Oct Sun>=15 2:00 0 - Rule Turkey 1978 only - Jun 29 0:00 0 - The problem is with 1978 which seems to have two end dates for DST. Knowing this country has Ramadan, did I miss a rule for standard time onset at the start of Ramadan in 1978? Sincerely, Curtis Manwaring
