[tz] Gaza in 2013 -- anything official?

Hi there, timeanddate.com lists for Gaza in 2013 what appears to be extension of 2012 rules[1]. The pattern in the last several years has been mostly that there is no pattern. The dates were all over the place, Ramadan even kicked in once. I take it that the dates at [1] are simply a guess, but by any chance, does anyone have an information about what should the rules in 2013 be?
