[tz] Syntax highlighting for Sublime Text

Hi, I’ve created some tzdata syntax highlighting rules for the Sublime Text editor: https://packagecontrol.io/packages/zoneinfo <https://packagecontrol.io/packages/zoneinfo> I have no idea if anyone other than me uses that particular text editor for looking at tzdata files.
