[tz] Time zone for Kosovo?

Are there plans to add a time zone for Kosovo? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republic_of_Kosovo An increasing number of organizations and countries are recognizing Kosovo as a country, and having a representative zone for it would be convenient. It looks like it would be Europe/Pristina, cloned from Europe/Belgrade Thanks, -- Andy
