About TZUpdater 1.3.28

Hi Carlos, http://java.sun.com/javase/timezones/tzdata_versions.html http://java.sun.com/javase/tzupdater_README.html http://developer.sun.com/rss/timezone_updates.xml I'm from Oracle (previously Sun) and find the above links about the info about TZupdater v1.3.28 tool with 2010e.
