As per current tzdata, the time is scheduled to be changed on 13 November and moved back on 15 January. However, as per the government announcement, it will not be the case and they have canceled the DST change. Thanks for the heads-up. Proposed patch installed into the development version. Since this affects timestamps starting November 13, it looks like we'll need a new TZDB release in short order, regardless of when Mexico's changes become official.
