Unfortunately that's too hard to arrange, as context-free strings would become too long be practical for tzselect to use in its messages. I expect the best we can do is make things work reasonably well for the sort of contexts that 'tzselect' uses, and hope that other programs use similar contexts. (This is not to say that we couldn't improve tzselect to make the contexts clearer.)
