[tz] Paraguay may adopt permanent DST soon

Today the Congress of Paraguay passed a bill to observe UTC-3 permanently, equivalent to permanent DST. The text of the bill says that it would enter into force on the first Sunday in October 2024, the same date currently scheduled to start DST.
