      Thanks for the new sources and the 1955 fix. I installed that patch with 
the following slightly-different NEWS entry:

Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh's 1955-07-01 transition occurred at 01:00
    not 00:00.  (Thanks to Đoàn Trần Công Danh.)
