(The name of the "data" file was incorrect in the letter sent out last Thursday; thanks to all who noted the error.) The files ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzcode1998h.tar.gz and ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzdata1998i.tar.gz are now available. These incorporate the changes for Brazil, Chile, and Germany circulated on the time zone mailing list earlier this week; also included is support for use of "24:00" in the input files for the time zone compiler. --ado
