The timezone of America/Tegucigalpa includes a Daylight Saving Time. This is wrong. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honduras . It is only UTC-6. I can confirm this, while I am there.
Thanks. No need to confirm it; the latest version of the tz database already has this. You can get it from <ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/>. It reports that Honduras observed DST in 1987/1988 and in 2006 (only).
