I thought the law for Fiji was no change unless announced by Cabinet, but there is no such publication on the Fiji site.... yet... Previous announcements were made under http://www.fiji.gov.fj/Media-Center/Press-Releases.aspx e.g. https://www.google.co.nz/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&ua... https://www.google.co.nz/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&ua... Don't doubt that IATA got something from somewhere.... And if IATA publishes, we ourselves will follow.... On 21 August 2017 at 20:43, Magnus Bengtsson <Magnus.Bengtsson@jeppesen.com> wrote:
IATA has sent out the following message:

Please be advised of the following 2017/18 DST dates for Fiji.
Please amend the entry for Fiji in Appendix F of your SSIM MAR17 issue to reflect the following:
Country Time Standard – – – DST Start – – – – – – DST End – – – DST
Name Zone Variation Time Date Time Date Variation
Fiji FJ +1200 1400 04NOV17 1400 13JAN18 +1300
“
The end date (13JAN18) does not seem to conform to the current rule in tzdata2017b.
I can’t find any information about this on http://www.fiji.gov.fj
Does anyone have any more information?
