Hi, I've just downloaded a version of your timezone files from GNU.org, as your FTP server seems to be down. There are several errors regarding Brazil... details are on my weblog at: http://www.brockerhoff.net/bb/viewtopic.php?p=90#90 I'd be happy to send you an update, but am unsure of the precise format you require.
