Not true. Paragraph 2 of the ordinance says: "2. The Standard Time to be observed throughout the Colony for all purposes whatsoever, save as hereinafter provided, shall be the mean time of Longitude ninety degrees (90°) West, which is seven minutes, seventeen and twenty-seven hundredths seconds (7'17".27) later than the mean time at Belize and six hours later than the Greenwich mean time."
