Same in Australia. This is a no-op change though of course (just changes the notation). It was 3:00 rather than 2:00s in the first place as the data precedes the existance of the 's' suffix. Apart from that, we think of it in general as being 03:00 when DST turns off (and goes to 02:00), rather than it turning off at 02:00 standard time. kre
