[tz] Abreviation(s) for Daylight Saving Time in Australia [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

I have one simple question that I'm hoping to get a straight forward answer to. Has enough been done by Timothy, Myself and other contributors to convince the coordinators that the current situation where Daylight Saving Time (for Australian time zones) is abbreviated as ST = Summer Time is in error and should be changed?
