I don't quite understand what you removed, my Windows 7 tray clock still shows something like "(UTC+07:00) Krasnoyarsk (RTZ 6)" in the timezone settings. But if you (from the microsoft.com domain) say that
I'm not sure what the answer is, but I recommend against using RTZ# style abbreviations.
