While the link you provided is not a primary source, the data there seems to match with the data we have in version 2023c of tzdata, released on 28 March 2023. In particular, our data now has Africa/Cairo springing forward from the last Friday in April at 00:00 to 01:00, and falling back from the last Thursday in October at 24:00 to 23:00, beginning this past weekend, 28 April 2023. Can you specify which version you're running on which system, which specific DST transitions you're expecting to see, and what specifically you think is wrong with them? -- Tim Parenti
