The Bahamas announced about a month ago that they plan to change their DST rules to sinc with the U.S. starting in 2007.
Thanks for the heads-up; I'll include this in my next proposed patch. This leaves Cuba, Haiti, Mexico, and Turks and Caicos as obvious candidates of countries to watch, to see whether they change their DST rules to match those of the US.
