That may be hard to enforce. I am in Singapore, so what happens if I write to this list with information on the time in Hebron, or whether Gaza and Ramallah have the same DST date or not? I would be unauthorised to address IANA and request an update. or to publish any official decisions regarding the time Zone of the State
