The files ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzcode2000e.tar.gz and ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzdata2000e.tar.gz are now available. In addition to the changes circulated on the time zone list earlier this week by Paul Eggert, there's added information in "tz-art.htm" on a Seinfeld reference to DST, and error checking and messages in the "yearistype" script have been improved. There's more work to do in the yearistype realm; I did, however, want to get the Lithuania changes out the door. --ado
