      The fallout from the latest round of DST transitions is available as

	elsie.nci.nih.gov:~ftp/pub/tz92c.tar.Z

There are changes for Portugal, Saskatchewan, and "Pacific-New";
there's also a change to "zic.c" that makes it portable to more systems.

Any ideas for how to handle things are welcome; they are best mailed to
tz@elsie.nci.nih.gov so that they can get wide consideration.
