" بدء العمل بالتوقيت الشتوي اعتبارًا من منتصف ليلة الخميس/ الجمعة 29/ 10 "
which P Chan exactly translated it to:
"Palestine winter time will start from midnight 2021-10-29
(Thursday-Friday)."
