Gaza Strip will join West Bank for transition to Winter Time.

Seems that Gaza Strip will go back to Winter Time same date as West Bank. According to Palestinian Ministry Of Interior, West Bank and Gaza Strip plan to change time back to Standard time on September 4, 2009.
