I assume you mean "ICT" for Indo-China Time. Yes, ICT is another invention of mine. However, it has caught on more, in the sense that it is much better-supported among reliable English-language sources. Another difference is that ICT corresponds to a time zone region that crosses political boundaries (the abbreviation is used for Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam too), and this insulates us better from political disputes.
