URIs for time zone HTML files

I've copied the HTML files in the standard tz distribution to the following locations: http://www.twinsun.com/tz/tz-link.htm http://www.twinsun.com/tz/tz-art.htm Please feel free to publish these URIs; I plan to keep these web pages in sync with the copies in the canonical NCI FTP tarballs. The indirection is necessary because the National Cancer Institute frowns on web pages that can be accessed by the outside world.
