Close to a 2006o?

Are we close to a version 2006o of the data? I am planning on releasing a new version of Joda-Time soon which includes the zone data. I know there have been a number of changes recently so I would like the release to include the up to date info if possible. On a more general note, is there a specific trigger for creating new releases of the tz database (eg. every month), or is it just created on demand? thanks for any info, Stephen http://joda-time.sourceforge.net
