There have been a recent advancing of 1 hour in clock so that in Asuncion Paraguay, right now is 10:00a.m. not 9:00 am. So please update your database
It seems that Paraguay did change as expected, according to http://www.presidencia.gov.py/vistax.asp?codigo=6776 All recent tzdata versions have the correct rules for Paraguay. Sergio, which version of the tzdata database did you use when experiencing such a problem? Best regards, Steffen Thorsen
