26 (1) In this section, "Pacific Time" means 7 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). (2) A reference to time in British Columbia is a reference to Pacific Time. --and-- 6 This Act comes into force by regulation of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
There is also a few consequential amendments noted in the Act that are effected as a result of this OIC. Namely the Election Act and the Vancouver Charter.
