No. Clive, you can reasonably argue it is a *nonsensical* term, but not *meaningless*. We know what it means -- a time of hte year when the rules are different in the same geography. I don't think it is too important what the label is, but it is great to use a term that starts with a different letter from the other label, which is all-too-often Standard.
