new time zone map of Indiana published in Masson's Blog

Today, Masson's Blog published a time zone map of Indiana, reflecting recent decisions (and non-decisions) by various county commissioners as to which time zone each county wants to be in. This isn't the final story, of course, but I thought that the tz list might like to see the current dividing line between the "red counties" and the "white counties". http://www.masson.us/blog/archives/2005/09/new_time_zone_m.html The counties' deadline for petitioning the US Dept. of Transportation is tomorrow.
