Savings

      The dictionary says "daylight saving time" (Webster).
Several files in the TZ distribution still have "savings" for our daylight!

Data folder:
   asia: 10x
   australasia: 6x
   europe: 2x
   northamerica: 4x
   southamerica: 1x

Code folder:
   date.c: 1x
   usno1995, 1997, 1998: each 1x, but one should leave "originals" as is.

I cannot produce a diff file, so I hope I may leave this to someone who
likes to dot i's.
