Still, all the sources that you mention are derived from tzdata; they are not independent sources for the abbreviations. And they do not really care what the abbreviations are; they just use what tzdata outputs.

It is a bit strange to expect the availability of own (not invented by you) English-language abbreviations in countries with non-latin alphabet. Especially when tzdata database is exists and widely-used as it is good enough for this. -- Regards, Pavel.
