I think that Niue s longitude s sign is wrong, that it is around west 170 not east 170 degrees from Greenwich. In any case, that is so in the CIA s World Factbook, https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/fields/2011.html, and its LMT offset is suggestive.
