Nunavut

Dear Arthur, The premier of Nunavut has issued a ministerial statement advising that effective April 1, 2001, the territory of Nunavut will revert back to three time zones (mountain, central, and eastern). Of the cities in Nunavut, Coral Harbor is the only one that I know of that has said it will not observe dst, staying on EST year round. I'm checking for more info, and will get back to you if I come up with more. Rives
