These incorporate the Georgia, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Jordan changes circulated over the past two weeks by Paul Eggert on the time zone mailing list. They also incorporate the zdump.c lint fixes circulated by yours truly. No changes to backward and systemv at this time; stay tuned. --ado
