The EURALO Communique was just in time. The EU issued a new act to increase the sanctions against Russia. Germany vs XL4all). This will pave the road to state-based censorship for the whole European region. So -- following the EURALO Communique -- it's time to stengthen the Ukraninan Internet (which is in ICANN's remit of a stable and secure Internet).
