[technology taskforce] Searching list of ICANN accreditted registrars appears broken

The Domainincite blog post highlights the inconsistency of the UI of https://www.icann.org/en/accredited-registrars resulting in inability of finding any registrar in a country NOT beginning with A. https://domainincite.com/27472-at-icann-you-can-have-any-registrar-you-want-... Wouldn't it have been also important to maintain a "all list on one page" so one can search the page ? Dev Anand
